This year’s Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education (VWBPE) conference March 19 – 21 is coming up fast, and we’re excited to invite both returning volunteers and first-timers to join our amazing team!

This year’s conference theme, “Insights,” is all about those aha-moments and meaningful connections – and volunteers help create them every single day.

Whether you’re welcoming attendees as Hosts, supporting presenters as Mentors or Quadrivium Assistants, or helping behind the scenes as Streamers or Photographers, your presence helps spark those meaningful moments.

The VWBPE26 Volunteer Team is the backbone of a successful and enjoyable conference for all and we couldn’t do it without our cherished volunteers.

We would be so grateful and very happy to welcome you as a new team member or back to volunteer again this year. Yay if you’re coming back, it’ll be fun to have you on our team again!

We provide training or a refresher if you’re returning, and everything you need to make your volunteer time to be an enjoyable and a fun experience to be remembered.

How you can Help:

• Hosts to greet our attendees with open arms and information
• Mentors and Quadrivium Assistants to support our presenters
• Streamers to livestream our conference to a global audience
• Photographers to capture the essence of the conference

Whether you have a little time or a lot, your presence brings warmth, wisdom, and insight to the whole event.

Once registered, you will be contacted by one of our team with information about training, schedule signups and volunteer activities that you will be invited to attend.

Minimum time commitments are 1-hour shifts. Training for volunteers will begin in February 2026.
