About the Event

The 19th Annual Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference is a completely virtual conference which provides educational and networking opportunities for our sponsors, and allows people from all over the world to attend.

Our 2026 theme “INSIGHTS” invites us to look closer at the lessons and opportunities that will redefine the new challenges facing education in 2026, and how to:

*Scale immersive technologies in an augmented learning environment.

For nearly 20 years, the Rockcliffe University Consortium has managed the Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference (VWBPE) with well over 70 volunteers from the US, Canada, and Europe each year. This conference is unique in that it is completely virtual and free for anyone to attend. It was created by the educational community, for the educational community, and regularly attracts more than 1000 participants each year.
