Snarky & Sass’s Nutty Adventures: What Criteria?

We analyzed 6 years’ worth of VR Exploder’s monthly field trip videos to see if we identified the correct criteria back in 2019 when we started the club. We present on our analysis including whether the original criteria was correct, what else we discovered through the analysis, and plans moving forward. With the help of AI video summarization tools, we were able to analyze at least 54 hours of videos and we will also present our process for analysis.

Objectives:

• Understand the use of AI on analyzing hours of virtual worlds exploration for gaining insights.
• Understand the advantage of using video as data for gaining insight into VW exploration.

Insights Connection:
The presentation demonstrates how analyzing videos of virtual world exploration using AI can give us insights into the advantages, drawbacks, and feasibility of using different social virtual worlds for education.
