Call for Presentations EXTENDED

We have good news! The call for proposals deadline has been extended to Thursday, the 28th of January. Do you need a few more days to gather “recon” for your presentation proposal, or for final edits on your presentation paper? You’ve got the extra time!

This is the FINAL extension for presentation proposal submissions. You might want to consider a 15 minute Micro Burst. Is there a burning issue you would like to address? Perhaps a Compass Point Roundtable. Spotlight presentations and Hands On Workshops are great ways to share your work with the VWBPE community. Something new this year is the Pandemic Perceptions format, where you create a short video presentation about your perceptions and experiences in navigating through these COVID-19 times.

What is fabulous about virtual environments is the creative ways that communities and educators use these spaces. Invite the VWBPE community to explore your space in an Immersive Experience either before or after the conference. Immersive Experience proposal submissions are due 10 February 2021.

Consider taking one of the exhibit spaces available at the conference venue! Exhibit proposal submissions are due 10 February 2021.
