VWBPE 2026 Speaker Release

I hereby authorize the Rockcliffe University Consortium and its agents, designees or representatives (collectively, “Rockcliffe”) to record my participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium and to use my name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with these recordings in connection with the 19th Annual Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference taking place March 19-21, 2026.

I further authorize Rockcliffe to exhibit or distribute such recording in whole or in part, and copy, distribute, display and perform my presentation materials in whole or in part, without restrictions or limitation, for any educational or promotional purpose which Rockcliffe and/or the VWBPE Organizational Committee, and those acting pursuant to its authority, deem appropriate.

I understand Rockcliffe shall solely own all copyrights in the recordings and hereby release Rockcliffe from any and all claims or liabilities that may arise from any such broadcast, publication or transmission.

I further acknowledge that presentations at VWBPE are to be educational in nature and not used as disguised sales pitches. Should my presentation be determined by the VWBPE Organizational Committee to be primarily promotional in nature, I agree that Rockcliffe reserves the right to issue an invoice for cause, up to $2,000 USD, to myself or my sponsoring organization, subject to review and final decision by the Conference Executive Committee.
