This completely online conference provides educational and networking opportunities that are relevant to curriculum development utilizing virtual environments and best practices. Since 2009, Rockcliffe University Consortium has managed the Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference (VWBPE) with well over 70 volunteers from the US, Canada, and Europe. This conference is unique in that it is completely online and free for anyone to attend. It was created by the educational community, for the educational community, and regularly attracts some 1500-2500 participants each year.

Your participation will help to:

• build community through extension of learning best practices to practical application of those ideas and techniques;
• provide networking opportunities for educators and their communities; and
• provide access to current and upcoming innovations, trends, ideas, case studies, and other best practices in the field of education.

This annual conference has been successful because of the support of sponsors who understand that educators are faced with inordinate pressure to make the best use of new immersive technologies in a way that is sustainable and accessible even within limited budgets, and available to both instructors and students.
