The VWBPE Social Committee brings you the first Social Networking Fundraiser for this year on January 16, 2025. We’ve crash landed on an unknown world!

In a situation like this, everyone – explorers, scientists, teachers, artists, doctors, hunters and gatherers – comes together and helps each other out. Come and explore the alien world we’ve discovered. Together we can make this transition from a wreck to a home.

By pooling resources, we become more than the sum of our parts. Your support, of all kinds, has always helped make this conference AWESOME! In addition to your time and expertise, your financial contributions, large or small, help us provide DJs, website hosting, transcription services, and many of the underpinnings that are essential to a seamless (and fun!) conference experience.

In addition to the fundraising aspects, VWBPE socials provide an unparalleled opportunity to get to know other like-minded people who are also passionate about education in virtual environments, and who support each other as part of their everyday life in virtual worlds. You never know who you might meet, and what opportunities may arise!

Don’t forget your moon boots, medical pack, jet pack and survival pack! We are the embodiment of hope and the triumph of the human spirit. We will persevere!
